Now it's time to talk toothbrushes

The electric toothbrushes are great for learning how to change your brushing habits by introducing you to places in your mouth you did not know you could reach. There isn't a big difference between the the high-priced models and the inexpensive models.

Ensure you purchase one that has a round head so that you can reach challenging areas behind the back and front teeth. Always use a soft-headed toothbrush, both electric and manual.
