Blends well with: Thyme, Sweet Thyme, Cypress, Lavender, Marjoram, Sandalwood, Grapefruit, Hyssop, Yarrow, Black Spruce, Immortelle, Frankincense, Clary Sage, Bergamot, Lemon, Chamomile, Rose Otto, and Geranium

Uses: Add to massage oils to melt muscles, get fluids flowing and lovely for tummy massages; first assist for cooling compresses and puffy skin, cleansing for acne; diffuse or inhale in a salt pipe for uplifting clarity; reviving in baths; supreme in saunas. Wonderful in water for forest bathing.

Consituents: Plentiful in the monoterpene sabinene.
