Sensations: A nourishing floral and herbal infusion that goes down smooth, with a wholesome and sweet finish.
Ingredient spotlight:
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.) is a herb steeped in mythology and traditional uses and is widely understood to benefit many ailments. The Latin name Achillea refers to Achilles, a warrior of Greek mythology, known as a great healer in battle who carried yarrow to clean wounds and stop blood loss. Yarrow connects us to our reservoir of inner strength, helping us to step up into the warrior way and establishing clear energetic boundaries.
Internally it can promote blood flow - particularly in the womb and digestive system. It stimulates menstruation and is an ally through your cycle. However, please seek professional advice if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Mugwort (Artemisa vulgaris) is a plant from the daisy family that grows so prolifically it is often considered a weed, but it is also one of the oldest known herbal remedies noted in Anglo-Saxon texts as far back as the 10th century.
Named after Artemis, the moon goddess, who holds the moon's magnetism - controlling cycles and aspects of the feminine: light and dark, clarity and mystery. Artemis is known as the protector of women, the plant has been celebrated to promote menstruation. Mugwort also stimulates the pineal gland and is used to encourage dreaming and guided exploration during sleep.
Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) besides the delicious and nutritious raspberry berries the leaves are also beneficial and have traditionally been used to support female reproductive health - particularly to help reduce PMS, cramping, regulating periods and easing transition through menopause.
