Anti-Stress Gummies contain caffeine. Won't they excite me rather than relax me? We looked into using natural theanine. Theanine is naturally present in green tea, which is why we used green tea extract in the formula. We looked for a tea rich in theanine but without caffeine. The amount shown is 0.38 mg for 2 gummies. This amount is very small and will not give you an exciting effect. For example, a cup of tea will provide you with around 50 mg of caffeine and a cup of coffee with around 100 mg.
Does the product have any contraindications? The gummies contain a little caffeine (0.38 mg for 2 gummies) as well as an essential oil (sweet orange). Although natural, these are constituents that require particular use in sensitive populations, which is why we do not recommend these gummies under 18 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women as well as people sensitive to caffeine.
