Yes, it is not recommended for children under 12 years old (the amount of vitamin A is too high). For use in women who are pregnant, wishing to become pregnant (to avoid an overdose of vitamin A) or postmenopausal (higher risk of osteoporosis in the presence of vitamin A), it is advisable to seek medical advice.

What time of day should I take my treatment?
The capsules are to be taken in the morning, with a large glass of water. If you forgot to take them in the morning, don't worry, you can take them later in the day. We recommend taking them as early in the day because of the vitamin C, which can, depending on the person, have a small exciting effect. But this is far from being the case for everyone.

Can I take more than 2 capsules per day?
We recommend not to exceed 2 capsules per day. This is the most suitable quantity to bring you effectiveness, all without danger.

What is the origin of the ingredients?
Our formula is 93.5% natural. We don't reach 100% because of the vitamins and minerals in the formula. For the moment, we have chosen a synthetic origin for these active ingredients because it is the most reliable source (traceability, high content, stability). Furthermore, they represent a significant part of the formula to provide you with the best efficiency. Note that the capsule does not contain excipients such as maltodextrin and magnesium stearate.
