For use in women who are pregnant or wishing to be pregnant (to avoid an overdose of vitamin A) or postmenopausal (higher risk of osteoporosis in the presence of vitamin A), it is advisable to seek medical advice.
What time of day should I take my treatment?
They are to be taken in the morning, with a large glass of water. If you forgot to take them in the morning, don't worry, you can take them later in the day. We recommend taking them as early in the day because of the vitamin C, which can, depending on the person, have a small exciting effect. But this is far from being the case for everyone.
