With phytonutrients, mushrooms and added magnesium to aid normal function of the nervous system. Plus l-theanine, passion flower and lavender to aid restful sleep, coupled with Reishi Spore Extract, Lion's Mane, Holy Basil, Blueberry Extract and Guava Juice powder. Unwind from the Grind.

Perfect to take everyday to help unwind the mind. This tasty Guava drink is beautiful after a long day at work, or before bedtime. Mix with with warm milk to create a delicious drink.

Best served with warm plant milk. 

Equally as good served with ice, make the paste first though and top up with cold milk, then pour over ice.

  • L-Theanine – Extracted from Chinese green tea, L-Theanine is a unique amino acid that enhances a zen-like relaxation state, relaxing the mind. 
  • Magnesium – Has a relaxing effect on the central nervous and muscular system
  • Guava - Fruity flavour and its full of anti-oxidant compounds such as polyphenols, vitamin C and carotenoids
  • Tulsi – Holy basil is used for health and spiritual development, and its positive effects on the nervous system. Modern research has investigated holy basils potential for uplifting your mood
