How to Redeem Your Reward Points

How to Redeem Your Reward Points

We thought we should update you as the system to redeem your reward points has changed slightly so we hope to make things easier for you!

Once you place an order you will automatically get points added to your account.
When you want to use your points, and are ready to place an order, you log into your account and go to the Rewards button.
(bottom right of the screen )

Click on that and it will bring up a pop up of your points balance.
Under that it will have your points total again and say "next reward" where there is a Redeem button.

Press Redeem.

You will then see a sliding bar with a circle on the left. Slide the circle along and it will slide until you reach the maximum points that you can redeem at this time.
So now you can redeem any amount, £1, £3, £5, £7 and so on.
Once you have the amount you want to use, press Redeem again and you will see a code.
If you click Apply Code it will copy this and apply it automatically in the discount code/gift voucher code box at the last stage of your order and is deducted at checkout. You can browse the site and put whatever you need in your cart as the code will already be there.

If you don't then use the code, it will remain valid until you do eventually press checkout. So if you change your mind on a product and remove it from your cart, then add something else, the code will still show and be deducted from you order total. Even if you log out and log back in.

This is now the easiest way to redeem your points for the value you want to use.

Basically, for every 100 points you earn £1. This equates to 4 points for every £1 you spend.

Please remember that you cannot use Reward Points against a promotional if we have a sale where everything is discounted, you cannot use points as well.

If it is a promotion on a particular product, you cannot use points against that product but you can on anything else (as long as there is nothing on promotion also in your cart). Finally, there are additional ways to earn points.. sharing us on social media, referring to a friend and signing up of course!

Hope this helps...

Prickly Pear Seed Oil...straight from Morocco!
But what does it do?...

If you are like us, when you hear Prickly Pear, you might start singing Bear Necessities from the Jungle Book... but in all seriousness you will be amazed at what this oil can do and does do for your skin and hair.
Psst... by the way.. we were really fascinated to discover that this is Nigella Lawson's skin quite literally, the proof is in the pudding!!
As well as using on her face, she uses on her hands and has reduced that "wrinkled-chiffon look", plus on the ends of her hair, dry elbows and cuticles.

How Do You Like Your Tea?
How Do You Like Your Tea?

Let's be honest...we all love a good cup of tea. Some of us like a traditional cuppa, or fruit, green and so on.

We tried Annmarie Gianni's Beauty Blend Tea which was surprisingly lovely. We also found that it really does give you a lift and you then crave it...but don't worry. ..there is nothing but goodness in it so craving it is a good thing.

One of the main ingredients is Yerba Mate which was featured in the Netflix programme, Down To Earth with the gorgeous Zac Effron...

As Manuka Oil is filled with antibacterial properties, it's perfect for keeping the skin clear and fighting off any bacterial growth. This bacteria is often the cause behind unpleasant skin conditions such as blemishes and breakouts! Manuka Oil also can be used as an effective way to treat damaged skin and scarring caused by acne, as it works to promote the regeneration of new skin.
